Rare magnetic termite mounds, built by grass-eaters with tiny lodestones in their brains that help them align their tombstone-shaped homes (in Litchfiled, to 10 degrees east of true north) in order to regulate internal temperatures by soaking up the sun on one side, sitting in eternal shade on the other.
