The Bodensee Therme Uberlingen is the only spa on the lake where you can swim in the waters of Lake Constance (in addition to the pools and treatment facilities)

When Germans go on vacation they expect at least a little spa action, so join them by the Bodensee for half a spa day at the modern baths complex just outside Uberlingen.

The Bodensee Therme is the only spa on the lake where you can swim in the—clean, but chilly—waters of Lake Constance in addition to enjoying the bathtub-warm indoor-outdoor pools, many water-jet massages and whirlpools, massage and treatment facilities, the saunas, and a fab water slide that corkscrews out one end of the building and back in again.

How long should I spend at the baths?

That's really up to you, but I would commit to at least two or three hours to really relax and take advantage of all the areas.
