Meals for the homebound are assembled by three workers who keep a steady pace, filling the aluminum trays with that day's lunch. Of the 1100 lunches the Don Bosco centers serves daily, only 125 meals are to seniors at the center; the remaining lunches are delivered to senior centers without kitchen facilities and to the homebound.
