A little rain didn't stop Jerome Love, 7, and Firefighter Clayton Farr from playing Dress the Fireman at the 11th Annual Youth Field Day at Cosmo Park. The event, sponsored by the Columbia Police and Fire Departments, encourages positive interaction between kids and members of the departments.
