This tiny residence hotel in an 18th century building near the Medici Chapels and San Lorenzo leather market has just six rooms.
The two standard doubles would be worth recommending alone—but then there are the two "Superior" doubles. These are the ones to splurge on, since they are richly frescoed.
There are also two suites; one frescoed, one not, but both excellent.
Rooms also come with all the mod cons: free WiFi, A/C, TV, etc.
With such style and grace and an unbeatable location, I'm really not sure why it's such a bargain. Who cares: just book it fast.
The hotel occasionally offers room bundles that include tours of the Uffizi and Accademia, but those packages will bump the price to the [€€€] catagory.
